Internet Reading for you!

Hi Everyone:

Tomorrow is Friday, so if you are looking for a couple of things to read on the internet while you are waiting for the weekend to begin here are a couple of things for you! Free Smiley Face Courtesy of www.FreeSmileys.org

Today Boston.com published a list of 15 Health Tips for the New Year... click here to read more and see the slide show. I have been meaning to write a blog entry on a few of these ideas, so stay tuned!

The New York Times published an article yesterday on calorie consumption.... it's worth reading. Click here to see the article.

One more thing!!! I just discovered this awesome blog / website! It's 101 Cookbooks.... and this recipe looks sooo good. Ten Minute Couscous Soup... I have already told Ben that I'm making this next week! Check out the recipe.

OK, enough extra reading for the day. I just wanted to make sure I got these out to ya'll!

Bitten Blog - Check it out

Good morning everyone - happy Sunday! More about my food later....

I wanted to pass along the information about a fairly new blog by the New York Times. Emily Weinstein from the Bitten blog now has a special section entitled How to Cook... Something. Emily is not a professional chef, in fact I guess she is not much of a cook at all. Her editor wrote the following about the blog:
How to cook.... Something
In which Emily Weinstein, Bitten’s producer, begins what we hope is the long and enjoyable process of learning how to cook. Go Emily! –MB

Her first entry was for Butternut Squash Soup. Click here to check out the blog.

The other day the NY Times also had an interesting article discussing the new cookbooks being published this season. Click here for the link for the article.

Ok, well I have to figure something out for breakfast... so I'll be back in a bit. Enjoy the New York Times stuff for now! Free Smiley Face Courtesy of www.FreeSmileys.org
